Wyndham Vacation Resorts - Nashville

The hot tub was unavailable the first day/night. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The activities department was great and they leave messages daily which was helpful. The concierge service didn't seem to know much. They should leave instructions for departure. This is a GREAT location if going to the Grand Ol Opry. The shuttle driver was fantastic!! I didn't catch her name but her voice reminded me of Wanda Sikes. She was very friendly and accommodating. We were accosted upon checking in for a timeshare meeting that included two tickets to some shows. We were told it would be a low pressure hour and half deal that ended up HIGH pressure and we walked out after 3 and half hours!!

Unless you need a good deal of space, I would not stay here. The room types listed on Hotels.com were not correct (twin beds rather than queen), there were ants in the kitchen, the shower head did not work correctly, doors in the bathroom were broken and did not open all the way and missing a door knob. Additionally, when we attempted to get a parking pass after checking in, the time share people wanted a ton of information and pushed the time share property upon us. We paid too much to stay there for 2 nights to experience this and to have the room this run down. The size of the suite was very nice for our family but I have stayed in suites that cost less and were higher quality.

The room was very spacious, clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The grounds were immaculate. Swimming area was clean and comfortable. The only complaint is the uncomfortable chairs in the sitting area. Not only were they ugly but it was like sitting on cement.

The Condo was wonderful, only bad thing was that we spend 7 hours with Wymham Vacation Time share trying to sell us a time share. We did get discount tickets to local attractions, but 7 hours was a bit much.

Wonderful stay. The outdoor heated pools and indoor, are wonderful.
