Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Billings, MT

The staff was extremely friendly and very attentive to our needs. Hotel is very clean. Pool and hot tub are clean. Great hot breakfast which changed every day (scrambled eggs with meat and potatoes or biscuits and gravy). We took Uber from hotel to different places in Billings and was always quick and reliable.

First room that was given, bed wasn't made, TV didn't work, room was dirty and toilet needed flushing. They did upgrade me to a larger room. Bedding still didn't smell all that fresh. I would have changed hotels, only for the fact it was so late and I was tired. Very little parking and hard to get out to main road in the morning with the heavy traffic.

Nice place for what we needed! Will stay again. Hotel parking was limited. Bacon was flavorless. 3 pillows per bed should have been 4. Pool nice though hot tub was closed.

Good place too expensive though

This hotel needs some TLC. The carpet is worn, the bathroom needed a sink that would drain, the light fixtures are very old and some flickered constantly when on. The room may have been a smoking room in the past as it smelled like old cigarette smoke. The cable boxes for the televisions lit up the room incredibly. The breakfast was good. The location was good for us.
