Great hotel and amazing staff! They do have quite a few fees we paid about $200 by the end of our one night stay. This is pretty standard for Vail though.

Always love staying at the Tivoli. Covid-19 requirements were in place and staff was excellent!

Property was good. Customer service was not up to par. If you needed something, you had to ask a couple of times to make sure your voice was heard. Not the best experience when it came to dealing with front desk. We have stayed in some of the best resorts and casinos worldwide. Front desk has always been very approachable & friendly. But at Tivoli that was not the case.

This was our first stay in vail so we didn’t know where to stay, so we relied on reviews. After sifting through all the ratings, Tivoli seemed to be one of the best, and the price was great. Upon arrival the staff was great. Free parking was a few blocks away or the valet was $40 a day. We got the tower room with a king bed and the views were amazing. It’s snowed the night we got there so we woke up to a winter wonderland and it was beautiful. Room was very nice, bed was very comfy, and the shower was awesome. Rainfall shower in the middle and two separate shower heads with body sprays. Towels and robes were great. Fireplace was toasty. The actual heat was not very warm so you needed the fireplace to get the warmth. Which I thought was perfect and gave a very yurt kind of vibe. With the fireplace off there plenty of comforters and blankets to stay warm. So we were there on the “shoulder” of the season so not too many things were open. Also with COVID I place it was tough getting a place to sit and eat. But we managed ok. Overall the Tivoli Lodge was beautiful. I didn’t feel like I was at a chain hotel which is what I wanted. The place screams Colorado which was perfect. For our first experience in Vail it was perfect. I highly recommend. Thank you Tivoli for an amazing first time in Vail!

My husband and I visited Tivoli Lodge for a quick weekend getaway and change of scenery. The staff was delightful and we loved taking advantage of their hot tub. The rooms were well-appointed and very comfortable. The location was perfect for walking into town for dinner. We loved our stay! My only recommendation is for more coffee filter packets provided in the room. We were only given one and we drink a lot of coffee.

Great place to stay. Really clean and friendly people. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful facility, good location, and very friendly, helpful employees!

This hotel is amazing!! We came up for a night as a break from our kiddos just the two of us and the hotel staff helped make the stay amazing. I cooked our favorite dinner and brought it up - and they let us borrow a small table so we could have a romantic dinner for two in our room! Then my spouse needed a different kind of pillow and they found one right away. Just steps from the village (which is a beautiful walk!!). And the bathroom and hotel room are both amazing!! Super clean, nice finishes, and I'm in love with the soaker tub!! I might have found one of my new favorite places on this planet and we will be back again!! (Oh, and as a fun side note - they had beautiful puppies in the lobby!!)
