Reunion Resort & Golf Club

I have stayed at reunion several times, this time we decided to rent a house during thanksgiving that is administered by reunion. I requested to have pool heater first day in the morning, since then I called them by phone and went every day to the front desk telling them that the heater was not working. I gave up on day 4. They always said that they will send some one to fix it but this never happened. We were not able to use the pool during our stay. I then realized that this is a good hotel if everything is working accordingly once you have an issue this the bad place to be. I really hope management look at this review and understand that corrective actions are needed if they really care about their customers.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. We will be coming back for sure. Beautiful resort.

excellent I highly recommended wonderful and terrific property

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Unfortunately we didn’t use many of the resort amenities, except for the pool. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Accommodations were not honored per their advertisement . After reviewing a few different offers decided to book this hotel versus other that included other features only to NOT be given the “star reward” marketed . Would not be interested in this hotel since it’s apparent they do not care to do business with hotel.com customers .

We stayed in a 3 BR villa in the Heritage Crossings section. Unit was in average condition but could definitely use some repair (broken cabinets, worn furniture, etc.) Building was noisy and residents could be heard entering and exiting throughout the night. Most disappointing was two separate altercations in the common areas (between permanent residents) took place during our 1 night stay. We felt compelled to remain inside instead of being able to enjoy the grounds. On the positive side was the water park. Facility is very clean and well kept. Entire family enjoyed the slides, pools, and non-water activities.

This resort had so much to offer and was in an ideal location.

Our stay was great. We especially loved the water park with all different activities. We will definitely come back.

Water park have a bad food and long line for drinks too chip everything end service room not good they don’t go to clean the house every day so bad

I will definitely stay here again the room was very clean and so spacious we did not feel like we were in a hotel. My only two things I could say needed to be fixed were the coffee maker it was not working right and made a mess and the air condition was not cooling had to drop it down to 72 to feel it. other than those minor things it was perfect.
