SpringHill Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista Marriott Village

The staff was friendly and gave you that warm, happy vacation feel! The property is clean and well maintained and a short trip from Disney. One warning is the shuttle system to the parks is currently closed. So plan on getting a rental car or budget for $50/day in Uber or Lyft rides to the park. Going to Disney Springs is only a $10 Lyft. I would 100% recommend this property to friends and family.

Great stay- ended up in the Courtyard building which was just fine. Front desk agent was kind and very helpful. 11/10 would return to this hotel.

Overall happy with the stay. We knew coming into the trip that we would be in the Courtyard vs. Springhill. Room could have been a little cleaner and $17 a day for parking is absolutely crazy since we are only parked there during sleeping hours. Easy access to extra towels and other room needs. Location to parks, interstate, shopping and food couldn’t be better!

I was disappointed when I showed up to the hotel, because we have stayed at this hotel many times with my family, to discover we were NOT getting to stay at the Springhill Suites, but in fact, we were being required to stay at the Marriott Courtyard. We expected to be in a spacious room with two TV’s and a large couch, two end tables, an extra sink, and a free hot breakfast each morning of our stay. None of these things were present. We KNEW exactly what to expect with the SpringHill Suites room, that’s why we booked it. We were told we were going to have to pay $17 a day for parking, which was reduced upon check-in, but we still paid for parking. We were on this trip due to the one year anniversary of my husband’s death, and to be blindsided by these things simply made our stay have a sour taste in our mouth the entire tome. We had to pay more money than we budgeted due to having to purchase breakfast each day. Disappointing. Probably will not use Hotels.com again. So discouraged after sending many of our friends to this site as Annual Passholder to Disney who come to Orlando often.

Great corner room with a lot of space for me and my family, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was super helpful and friendly!

Not at all what was advertised, ended up in a completely different room and building. Not happy.

Good stay and accommodations. They made sure COVID precautions were taken

It was quite the disappointment. The walls are quiet thin so we heard every move the people made next to us. We had adjoining rooms and their kid would open and close their side door. Their baby cried uncontrollably for over 30 minutes. The front desk was finally able to get them moved after we had volunteered to move rooms. All of this happening after 10pm. This morning the entire hall way smelled like marijuana. Since my wife is pregnant this wasn't ideal for us. The sheets had some stains on them and it didn't feel like they did the best they could have with Covid cleanliness.

when I booked the hotel with said that the breakfast was included. When I got to the hotel the counter personnel told me that no breakfast or amenities were open. Which I could understand given the Covid-19 situation. But your website advertise breakfast included. Also, due to low employees in the hotel. I found the hotel not to clean.
