Grand Palladium Bávaro Suites Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Hotel prece estar ainda se adaptando a reabertura com as restrições do covid. Área kids bem limitada. NAo existe um local com refeições / snacks entre o café e o almoço. E entre o almoço e o jantar apenas o food truck que fica com uma fila longa. Funcionários e hóspedes sem máscara no lobby e algumas outras áreas semi fechadas.... Serviço muito bom, comida do restaurante muito boa, mas acredito que não esteja valendo a pena o custo benefício atualmente.

Everything looks nice,but my bath hasn’t maintenance and the top was leaking water!

Staff friendly and hotel was clean. Many things to do.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the Bavaro. This resort is very nice and the staff is friendly. We made friends with a few of the staff members which made it fun going to certain places they worked! One thing we did not like about the resort is the solicitation. Wherever you go in the resort there is somebody there trying to sell you something. Weather that is an excursion or a bracelet. They will not leave you alone and once you talk to them they will write you up an order and you will be charged automatically for whatever they wrote you up for. Kind of takes away from a relaxing vacation.

The property was very clean and well kept. The shuttle service was very helpful to get around the Resort

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. Food was good, sports bar had late night munchies. The entertainment was the best I've seen in any all inclusive resort (and I've been to quite a few). From their shows to the karaoke.. the club wasn't bad either. I stood at villa 18, my room was amazing with a jacuzzi tub. There are shuttles that drive you around the resort and to the sister resorts which you also have access to. Specialty restaurants were great. Room service was quick. Foam party was so fun. Drinks were decent. The beach was AMAZING!! Soft white sand! Nice and clean. My only take back is that I had to wait for the waiters to serve me my drinks-- they took too long, so I kept having to flag them down. I will definitely come back.

We resort was ok but I think they need to do some renovations. The resort looks old and dated We have to call every day to ask for towels in our room. They need to communicate better the daily activities of the resort

Everyone in this resort were very attentive and nice. They made me and my family feel great everyday. The facility is big and it’s great for people with and without kids. The beach was beautiful. I will definitely come back. I would like to thAnk ROVIN for being there from check in to check out.
