La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Queens (New York City)

The worst thing, no hot water, stains on the ceiling, sofa. Remote control for the air conditioning no where to be found, refrigerator not working, only two towels, half a roll of toilet paper and before the night ended i ran out of paper. At no time while making the reservation was stated the room was going to be in basement and to top it off the mechanical room was in front of my room and had to hear that noise all night long. The so called free parking was based on first come first serve basis ( not guaranteed ) and only one lamp. This hole thing interrupted my sexy time for sure.

First they gave us room which is broken closet, dirty floor, broken shower, very old and broken furniture . Then we was trying complain to receptionist over the phone, he made us hold long time and didnt come back. Then I have to go down stairs to receptionist and show him those pictures. Finally he changed the room. I have to say they needs to improve customer service..they are rude, Specially evening shift guy....he needs to improve how to deal a hotel guest.

It was awful no clean towles no washcloths at all mybroom was never cleaned the coffee machine had coffee grinds from a previous visitor thete was hair all over the bed from previous visitors it was the worse I would never stay at your property ever in life

Overall good experience but people from the front desk was not good I asked for some towels and they told me to wait until the next day but I need it to take a shower and they still refused to provide the towels otherwise I had no problem

The system was down and I had I use cash but was still charged on my card. There was several problems getting into a room due to malfunctioning of card keys and almost walked in on a couple. Oops wrong key unfortunately. Not close to what the pictures described

The room seemed that it had not been cleaned for a long time, it had an enclosed smell, it had small cockroaches, in addition the bathroom the shower did not work and the toilet was dirty. I didn't like hygiene at all, I stayed because the next day I was going on a trip and I had no choice.

There was guess on room 208 fighting. Argumenting. from 2 ham to 5 ham I have to call the front dext twice and the Police came. They stoped a while and start fighting again. Could not sleep. At 9ham someone came and knock the door to open and I asked what you want. Oh sorry wrong door he said. No breakfast at this time of Corona Virus but it should not be in the reservation.

It sucked the room had 1 towel then i called room service over 2 hours to get a towel i had to tell them we are 2 not 1 room was dirty shower was dirty not worth staying there

Parking lot was not plowed. I had ro find on-street parking. The room had a hot tub with a football sized hole in it. The hotel overall did not seem clean.

Freezing room stained towels shower didn’t work heat did not work at all bathroom was dirty I saw pubic hair on the tile
