Eagle Point Resort

Do not book this hotel. In Nov 2019 we booked a night here before my spouse had surgery. We arrived about 6:45pm to find the place locked with a sign on the door stating they closed at 4pm. There was ZERO communication about an early closure. What hotel closes at 4pm??? We called both from the call box by the front door as well as from our cell phones only to be dropped into voicemail. We left messages but did not receive a call back. It was 17 degrees outside so after sitting in the parking lot for an hour, waiting on a call back, we were freezing so we finally had to leave & go find another hotel on our own. Yes, they charged us for the night even though we could not get in. There was a security person in the lobby. We could see him through the window. We knocked & asked if he could help but he just shrugged & walked away. Management here needs to be replaced asap.

Really pleased. Eagle Point did a great job, especially considering the COVID-19 procedures. I highly recommend staying there.

Solid hotel. Stayed during coronavirus summer 2020. First time in Vail for all 8 of us. Pretty quiet and a good rate. A little ways from downtown Vail, which was fine for us. Full on kitchen, which was really handy. Pretty good space overall. Outdoor pool was heated pretty well, which was nice for the kids (still too cold for this guy). Place was a bit dated and had no AC (I understand why not but the wife didn't approve) but overall very solid hotel. At $265 all in for a room that fits the whole fam, I would stay there again.

Best place in the world. Very good service they went over and beyond to accommodate us. We will definitely go back to Eagle Point. Brian, Dylan, Rolland, and shuttle drivers Steve and Orlando get 20 out of 10!!!!! The room was as promised and more, very spacious, well stocked on towels and basics in the kitchen. *****

We lived Eagle Point Resort! All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great. It is about a mile from the Lionshead ski lift and gondola area for skiing at Vail. The shuttle is a great perk. It drops off and picks up every 20 minutes in the morning then I believe every 30 minutes later in the day.

Excellent shuttle service to Vail. Responsive and knowledgeable staff.
