Sofa Hotel Istanbul, Autograph Collection

A very good location and very cool common areas of bars and restaurants. A perfectly nice hotel which needs a little attention to detail to make better. Stayed in one of the suites and it was ok but not really the standard I though it would be . The bed was not comfortable as sagged in the middle and squeaked every time you moved . The shower took about 5 minutes of running before it warmed up. The bathrobes were old and so small . Also the suite floor is one floor below the bar/ nightclub so you could hear the music although only light sleeper would have an issue and I’m sure lower floors would be ok.

Great location and great front desk specially mr borek first my reservation was interior view with in two day they switch me to the city view the room dark need some improvment for the lighting system.

Very good location. Service is ok. Friendly staff, House keeping don’t speak English. I had a very bad experience on the first night, so they gave my breakfast and didn’t charge my first night to compensate.

It was amazing the location was great everything is near you great shopping area the staff were friendly clean but they need to ask them to change the sheets overall it was nice stay.

The stuff were helpful but they gave us rooms in different floors. The Ac was not cold enough uncomfortable.I kept telling them but it hadn't fixed.

The overall stay was amazing, the staff are extremely friendly specially MR. Deniz, the food was delicious; lots of varsities on breakfast, AC in a good condition , internet speed was good, I recommend to anyone traveling to Istanbul to stay. in

Beautiful boutique hotel on a main shopping street

Convenient location for shopping, great hospitality and service, clean but the room is either looking the crowded street or inside with little light and no air. Over all its perfect for a short stay.

I liked the area that the hotel is situated in and also the beds are so comfortable. what I dint like are unfortunately a lot more: I didn't like the fact that they made a mistake and charged my card in error for another booking. I ended up calling the hotel several times, writing to them a few emails and speaking to my credit card company!!!!!!all costing me lots of money and at the end when i received my credit it was low by almost £7 as well!!! not that this is a lot of money but that i had a lot of hassle for no fault of mine!!!! we had 5 rooms booked, I had sent them a list of who is in room with who!! nothing was prepared for us. we asked for rooms to be near eachother, or at least a few of them, we ended up on different floors. the staff cleaning the rooms were NOT TRAINED!! to clean. we found their dirty cloths left in the room. the used coffee cups left still dirty in the room! they did not replenish anything that was used in the room!! the rooms and corridors smelly. ON THE WHOLE I DON'T THINK THAT THIS HOTEL IS RATED 5 STAR.
