Fabulous experience with the children. Excellent water park and food.

Beautiful birthday & anniversary trip. Our butler was very helpful. We felt like the privilege staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was great. Spa a little more expensive than I’d like, but they did have some deals. This was our 5th time staying here.

We had a great vacation. The staff was super friendly. Good beach, rooms were nice and cleaned each day, covid tests were seemless (2 tests were free per room). Obviously covid has changed things down there. But the food was pretty good - nothing amazing, but it was pretty standard for Mexico. I will say though - out of all the resorts we've been to in Mexico, this is a first where guacamole isn't a standard. That was a little sad. Otherwise, take the kids and have a great time! PS - we did have a big group with lots of beautiful teenagers and the staff was really good about keeping weird drunk guys away from them. We were super appreciative of that! :)

The resort was lovely. Had all restaurants been opened, it would have been better, more dining choices, especially since the property is rather far removed from Cancun & Playa del Carmen. Cab rides to those meccas are not inexpensive & there is no hotel shuttle to take you anywhere. The staff was extremely accommodating to any request for assistance. Italian restaurant was good as well as the Japanese teppanyaki restaurant. The only other restaurant open while we were there was the steakhouse which was ok, but not that great. Feral cats roaming in the steakhouse area was annoying. We are NOT cat people, but knew that would happen, based upon prior reviewer's posts. Route 66 was a bust, open 10pm to 6am, only served hamburger, hotdog & quesadilla with some sort of potato, very limited menu for late night snacks. The AC didn't work all that great, and had it been any later in the spring or summer, the room would have been miserable. If the beach on the non-privilege side would have had seaweed removed, that would have been nice. There was a lot of seaweed, with trash items caught up in it, to step over to get to the ocean. They were short staffed due to only being open 25% - 30% during the weekdays, which is when our stay was. Maybe it will be better on the weekends. Sanitation was great and appreciated. Masks still being worn, thankfully & the included COVID tests were a huge benefit! Timeshare folks were a nuisance & tried to track us down numerous times.

Food was really not good at all. I found it odd I couldn't really get tacos anywhere. Or chips and salsa. Breakfast was not great. Cannolis at the Italian restaurant were wonderful! The room was okay and things were clean. But it never cooled off. The mini fridge never got things cold. The pools were great, drinks were okay. Pretty cheap alcohol, but it got the job done.

Big property, lots to do, lots to eat, staff was very accommodating and attentive. Would absolutely book another stay at this hotel

It was amazing. One of the best trips! Dorian was awesome and really made my trip memorable.

The resort was nice, great staff there to help in anyway they can. A lot of complaints on the food, my group thought the food was pretty good. Yea you'll find some things you don't like but that is anywhere.. Overall no complaints on the food. Yes they could update a little more so it's kind of getting old but they kept everything clean.

Great service, fun entertainment, good food, beautiful location! I will certainly visit again!

Over our expectations ! We got an upgraded for a room with bathtub and partial ocean view. Staff everywhere was super friendly (tip then they deserve it!) , we always got a place at the restaurants, beach was clean and bowling was super fun! We’ll def come back soon!
