Diwan Casablanca

I would recommend this property. The people are very kind and accommodating. They remembered us from previous trips and were very happy to have us back. Will stay my next trip to Casablanca.

Kind staffs

Hotel Diwan is a very unpleasant hotel: - It is very dirty, I saw a cat coming out of the kitchen. -The floors are dirty I don’t want to take my shoes off. The keycards are even so dirty. The toilet didn’t flush. Absolutely disgusting. -The shower water keeps alternating from hot to cold within seconds. - The safe didn’t work, the door wouldn’t lock and I felt very unsafe. We had to change a room. -The electricity for my electronics didn’t work. - costumer service is nonexistent. We had to come up and down to reception for things that we needed. These conditions are absolutely unacceptable. I do not want to stay there another second.

Dirty rooms, dirty bathrooms, cigarette smell everywhere, no cribs even after requested, no room service, no parking, noisy streets, barely slept, the whole place needs to be renovated, staff trained and management changed.

Very beautiful building with amazing staff. The neighborhood is close to everything. This is a very busy comercial city.

The Hotel amenities list parking, and a gym which they do not have.

It had good staff who were always willing to help and is quite close to the main mosque and close to the port.

It's not a good option. It's not clean, the staff is not nice and the breakfast is TERRIBLE. You can stay one night, but not more than that.
