Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa All Inclusive

This has to be the worst vacation ever. The hotel is extremely outdated. There was tissue coming up from the drains in the shower. It took over an hour to check in. It took over an hour to check out. There’s no sense of urgency. The staff treated you according to how well you tipped them. There is no top shelf alcohol. The drinks are watered down. The food was absolutely horrible. No flavor and NOT authentic Jamaican cuisine. I starved the entire trip. Room service took over two hours. When calling the front desk it would ring and ring and no one would answer. I called three times to request a blow dryer that was supposed to be in the room. I eventually ended up taking it off of the cart myself. If it wasn’t for a wedding, I would’ve checked myself out of this resort. I’ve told people that was going to book here, not to because the photos of the hotel are not what you are getting.

Fantastic stay! The kids loved the kids club. Room was spacious and clean. Almost all amenities were open which was great. Will definitely return next year!

Pros: Beautiful facility all around, lovely, accommodating staff. Cons: For what you're paying, the rooms and bathrooms needed a deep clean and the floors needed to be mopped. The tub in the bathroom although beautiful did not provide hot water and the cork in the tub wouldn't hold water. The food at the resort was also not great.

Hotel was pleasant, clean, and fabulous pool/beach. I enjoyed my stay, rooms very clean, kid friendly, and food/drinks were "ALRIGHT". I've been to many different all exclusive hotels in many countries, I expected more variety of foods ( breakfast, lunch, dinner), more open restaurants to choose from since the hotel comes with so many- not all were open. More importantly forget any "Top Shelf" liquor anywhere, no name brands of liquor which you have to just settle for basic drink concepts at the pool. Food and drinks should have been allot better and menu options as well. I believe we had a decent getaway, I was looking for fabulous. Happy Travels !!!

Staff was very helpful, the hotel was very clean and check in was fast

This is an all inclusive resort, yet we spent our entire stay being hounded by sales people to upgrade to dinner on the beach, to buy into their timeshares, or to book an excursion. We never had a break. Their was only one restaurant open for breakfast and lunch and they couldn’t keep those places stocked with food. We had to wait in line at the buffets while they cooked everything because they kept running out. When they finally opened up a restaurant with a menu (dinner only), the servers forgot half our orders. To get your water filled at the table seemed impossible! The trash cans were overflowing everywhere we went on property. The constant calls to see how our trip was going was so annoying. I will say the plus side of the whole trip was the spa. The services at the spa were great and the staff there was so much better. I don’t recommend this resort if you visit Jamaica. I’ve been to Jamaica several times and I love the country but this isn’t the resort. I’ve stayed at others on the island much better.

The resort is beautiful, and the team genuinely cares about your stay and that you are having a great time. Highly recommend the wet area of the spa. Willas, in particular, made sure our time there was easy and stress-free! Our favorite restaurant by far was El Dorado steakhouse, but you can't beat the view at the Blue Lagoon for breakfast.
