The Soluna Hotel

We stayed at the hotel on two separate nights at the beginning and end of our vacation trip. It's an older hotel but well kept up. No swimming pool, but that was not an issue for us. The staff was very kind, and on both evenings we were allowed to check in early. The room was very clean and the continental breakfast was satisfactory. The motel is located just a few miles from the airport. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

I loved staying at the Soluna and will go back. The staff was friendly and helpful. They apologized for some clutter with new furniture being delivered but it looked like nice improvements coming in. It was convenient to I-10 but there was no highway noise. Super sweet!

Our second time staying at this hotel. It is a decent place to stay half way between Houston and Los Angeles. Very nice people working in it. There were three of us. I should have asked for double beds but had to have the three of us in a king size bed. Would have been nice to have a chair or something to sit on in the room. Haven't seen many hotels without chairs. Breakfast was okay not great.

We have stayed here numerous times and have never had an issue. We are always quite pleased. This stay was a little different however. The lobby was way over crowded with people upon arrival and checking in was a little chaotic. The lobby area continuously crowded throughout the evening. The next morning getting continental breakfast was a challenge considering the lobby area and small dining area were once again very congested with people and very little food was available.

Great place, will be back.
