Aqua Sol Holiday Village & Water Park

It was clean and friendly, food was good nice choice and entertainment was excellent it’s a brilliant place for children.

The Waterpark was great for the kids especially, but the surface was so slippery and my son hurt his foot. Also, the room was full of ants and the 2 single beds were soooo uncomfortable. Also, there weren’t enough waiters for the service.

I had paid for a 1 bed apartment as confirmed with Expedia, upon arrival was presented with a room with a view but could not use balcony as had no cover and people sunbathing right next to it, requested what I had paid for and was told have no availability, this was the fault of Expedia for which I will be taking up a claim, staff were blunt and generally rude. Although rated as four stars, clearly it's more akin to UK 2/3 star at best.

We read the reviews before coming and were a bit worried as there were lots of negative reviews. We can't understand why - the staff were friendly, the food was good (better than other AI places we've stayed), the waterpark was excellent for children, and it was very clean. The rooms were also really good. We'd go again.

Great place for families with kids under 12. Pools are great but life guard around lazy river not close enough to watch the pool and never looking towards the kids. Rooms are modern but only cleaned every other day. Ours was only done twice in 10 days so not good. Food is good but staff are wearing jeans and tee shirts with only a hat protecting hair. This made the restaurant that is modern and bright look realy down market. Get the staff clean uniforms all of them. Areas of the buildings are very poorly msintained, just to the left of the front door is the deliveries and it stunk and had fluids running down the street. Behind the restaurant had fluids leaking and looked poor. Around the pools had ants everywhere, in most hotels these areas are washed and hosed down each day to clean drink spillages etc but this did not happen so the floors could be bad in busy areas. I know i am pointing out many areas of concern and i feel all could be sorted easily to enhanse a hpliday. Our holiday was good the main Barman Ashley and another lad on thecevening bar are great. One womon on reception was excellent. The water park for the kids is also good. We did realy enjoy the holiday but it was more 3 star than 4 star.

We were two adults and a 5y/o. We stayed for four nights. The hotel was everything we wanted. Lots of food and drinks all day long, great room, the pools were teriffic with their slides and lazy river. There was always some one who helped us with enything we needed.
