Room service , reception and welcome all are bad improvement is required everything else is fine
I have been their customer for 3 years. It was my 7th visit to this hotel and I have never been disappointed before. This time (My last visit on 7th January 2020) things have changed. Following are the observations that made my stay miserable (1) I was not given the room as per my booking. I booked an Executive Suite (2 Bedrooms) but they gave me a Deluxe Suite. The main difference b/w 2 suite is the other washroom in Deluxe Suite does not have a shower area. (2) The secondary washroom was very dirty when we checked in. We called 5 times and nobody attended until night. I then went out to find out any room service guy to clean it by paying him a nominal tip. (3) They reduced breakfast items. I can understand the COVID-19 impact but basic things like JAM were not available. (4) We stayed for 2 days, nobody attended for room service despite our numerous requests. Overall I left the hotel with huge disappointment and probably I will not stay in this hotel again.
Good but need to
It is a new business, so they do not know how to operate a hotel, very late check in, 6 pm when it was sup3to be at 4 pm, executive suite looks like a cheap 2 bedroom APARTMENT , service for money from all in HOUSEKEEPING , bad maintenance and overall the worst experience ever. NEVER AGAIN.

Good suite size
We have been coming to this hotel since last 4years and it was amazing from all respect, this time we suffered from AC not working well in one room but their breakfast was still very good.
I visited this hotel more than a year ago and during my recent visit, the experience from 5 star went to maybe 2 or 3 star. I booked an Executive Suite- Haram View, the best they had with half board. When I arrived the hotel, the reception staff couldn't find my reservation for nearly 30 minutes until asked her and insisted to check hotels.com or expedia. When we arrived to the room, we expected the room to be clean in all areas, especially during Covid period. Although in general it was clean, there were fingerprints of oily hands on all windows. The airconditioning was so bad, that the first night, we were sweating in the room. The beds were okay, but the covers were so coarse and uncomfortable. We ordered dinner in the room part of the half board package and the staff insisted us to take fish and chips. We ended up taking something else but previously when we took half board, it was a full buffet menu with variety of food. So, dont bother taking the dinner set. Also, they did not provide any dessert which should be part of the deal in comparison to the buffet. the breakfast was the worst ever! they tried doing buffet breakfast on rooftop which is so scary without much social distancing. People just touch everything everywhere. The food was even worse and not even worth the risk of going for a buffet breakfast. Its so bad that I cant even describe how it was until I just let go of the breakfast next day to buy my own food.
Very friendly service! Everyone was helpful and nice. The breakfast was served to my room due to COVID regulations and was beyond my expectations! So wonderful.
