Ok so it’s not 5 star but for what I paid I was very happy with my stay, was amazing value for money, the man on the reception was very friendly, professional and helpful. The woman at the pool bar was amazing so was super friendly and seemed to enjoy her job, had a couple of lovely meals there. Had a lovely sea view from the apartment with a huge balcony. Apartment was basic and sunbeds round the pool are not the best but again for the price paid very happy with my stay, cleaners came every day and pool bar was open every day from 9am and closed 5pm Monday and Friday but open till 8pm the other days. The walk up from the stunning beach is a killer but less than €3 for a taxi if needed and good exercise saw lots of people run up it. It was peaceful and just what i wanted and would happily stay again.

apts are basic and tired however location is best in puerto rico and HEATED pool is a fantastic bonus was there 24/3/2019 would be my 1st choice for next year winter break

Bar was nice but pool area and pool dirty lots tiles missing furniture broken Cracked sockets holes in walls dirty walls Not be back And slope very steep up and down from reception had be carefull as easy slip

great views on the balcony, on site swimming pool and shop. not all rooms have sun loungers - needed to pay extra. had to pay extra to have wi-fi inside room per device. in all it was affordable and i might return in future

Ok hotel needs refurbishing, beautiful views and good pool ,nice pool bar ,friendly staff and cleaners

The rooms were old and dated the noise coming out of the workmen room next to mine ...it was so bad we checked out 5 days early and got a flight home

No problems at all, basic apartment with a first class view, only a few minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants.

Popular with the Spanish, be prepared to get lots of taxis to beach and shops, foul smell for 2 days coming from side of hotel. Hotel grounds are very unkempt and lots of lounges are broke. Little pool bar nice but closes early, reception was friendly and helpful More shops and restaurants 10 minutes walk up the hill, very annoying men trying to get you in their restraunt and getting abusive if you dont go in. For the price it was ok but would want aircon on next holl.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Views are amazing and the pool is warm, this is needed on some colder evenings. The rooms are basic; no AC, no soap, coffee, etc. But, they are cleaned regulary. There's no "do not disturb" sign so expect cleaners to come in whilst your in a hungover state on the sofa :/ I'd stay again though.

I arrived on a late flight so reception was closed,but my key was left out for room 801 . Spent the night in room 801 ,it was musty smelly and dirty.The only thing that was clean was the bed.Next morning we went to reception and spoke to a nice young man who moved us to an apartment by the pool,it was a lovely location but once again it was not much better.No smell but the cleanliness was much the same .Its outdated and needs an overhaul pronto.
