Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay

We had an enjoyable stay in the hotel. The staff are very helpful and attentive. There are alot of eating places around the hotel. Only problem is the airport shuttle doesn't stop at the hotel lobby heard it used to stop at the lobby which is easier for family with young kids because can be difficult to push the luggage to the nearby station. Hopefully they will stop at the lobby again when I next stay at the hotel. Overall very happy with the service and the location is good.

Early storage of luggage arranged, but we had to carry the luggage up by ourselves. Website states luggage would be sent to the room, including the key since we were going to Disneyland earlier in the day. Was not offered. Staff didn’t know where to get ice. Relied on me fending for myself. Never had such low level hospitality in Japan.

Room was great

The drawer space for clothes and in the closet was not much for two people. It was a bit challenging since we still needed to utilize our suitcase. The bathroom was clean but again not much space for your toiletries for hair and makeup. The staff was very nice and the location is amazing next to the Shin Urayasu station which also had a large shopping center for food and shopping. The room required a key card for all electric in the room. It took a few days to realize that our phones were not charging and almost a week to learn how to turn off the main hallway light. It was on the center counsel labeled room light. :/ Overall nice hotel just need to be prepared to use the suitcase for clothes, turn the hallway light off to be able to continue to charge phones and other devices, and request an extra card for the main switch to the room.

Great staff. They were able to answer all of our questions. Hotel is also a 1 minute walk from the train and bus station, food court, grocery store, and shops. I would stay there again.
