The Westin Lake Mary, Orlando North

Our family of four stayed at the Westin for a weekend baseball tournament. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. When we got to our room, the beds weren't made and there were dirty towels on the floor. The room had not been cleaned since the last guests left. We lugged all of our things back down the front desk and they gave us another room. The room was clean, but there were no pictures or decor on the walls which we thought was strange. When we went to take our showers that night, we had to call the front desk because there was only one small bottle of shampoo. They quickly brought up enough toiletries for us. Again, very friend. We also had only one roll of toilet paper. We called the front desk requesting more TP and they brought up a single roll. Also, the refrigerator must have been set to about 50 degrees because it didn't keep our leftovers and beverages cold. The hotel was nice, and the staff were friendly it was just strange to us that the room hadn't been cleaned, we only had one bottle of shampoo, one roll of toilet paper, and the fridge wasn't cold. We're normally Hampton Inn folks, but we tried this hotel because the rest of our team was there, even though it was more expensive ($40 more per night). I'll chalk up the experience to COVID, but we wouldn't stay at this Westin again.

Property was very nice the only thing was that kids was running up and down the hall through the night

it was good however .................. barking Big Dog next door was a Big turn off!!! Should designate some rooms as pet friendly away from everyone else. Wife has allergies and did not like idea a dog was using my room prior to me staying. NOT A HATER BUT NO DOGs in THE HOUSE!!!

The only thing that went wrong with our stay was that when we got up to our room the key didnt work. It wasnt the end of the world and they quickly came up with new keys that worked.

Beautiful hotel! The beds were amazing and rooms have nice wooden floors. One issue is that you can hear everything in your room. I had a 6:45am flight the next morning and I could hear every person walk by my room. It was also disappointing that they don’t have breakfast. There is a McDonald’s close by, so that was nice. It’s a great hotel to stay at if you aren’t going to bed early.

With a tropical storm headed to our hotel on the beach, we booked this hotel last minute and couldn’t have been happier.

Great service.. This hotel is always immaculate. Great location.

Property was beautiful, clean, and in great location. Bed were extremely comfortable and bathroom was huge! Staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout the entire stay.

... For the he first time it was unpleasant. There was 2 rooms next to me who had loud music and people in the halls. I called the front desk to handle it... and it was never lowered...
