Ca' Foscolo Residence

Casa Foscolo was a wonderful accommodation for us. Check in was easy, the apartment was clean comfortable and spacious. And most importantly the location was fantastic. It was easy to find being 5 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge on the Grand Canal and 7-10 minutes walk to San Marco's square. For my family of 4 it was a decent value and we'd definitely consider it again if visiting Venice.

Great apartment! Spacious rooms and AMAZING staff! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful! Location is perfect with walking distance to everything! Apartment has one king bed and two twin beds with a futon in second bedroom. Right in a small canal so felt perfect for Venice.

The most perfect location, easy to find, greeted by a fabulous host who spoke perfect English. Relaxed and watched the gondola's go by from our lounge window

Can not fault Ca'Foscolo in any way our apartment was clean, bright, spacious and comfortable, it had anything you could possibly need even if you decided to self cater. The young lady receptionist was very helpful and polite. Location was possibly the best in Venice OK no great view but 2 minutes from Rialto bridge and 5 minutes from St Marco square. All in all a great place to stay I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of visiting Venice.

A nice sized apartment clean & comfortable. The staff are wonderful!! It was a bit difficult for my husband, with his knee issues, going up all the stairs to our unit. I guess that's why all these Italians are in such good shape.

Staff was helpful during the whole process. From showing the procedures in how to use their equipment to informing of the different areas that had great food. Furthermore, it’s location is close to a lot of the main attractions in Venice.

I seriously cannot rave about our stay here enough! It was a rocky start finding the location after a day and a half of traveling and being exhausted and having heavy luggage to lug around. But from the moment we found the apartment, everything was just awesome. Apartment is huge and spacious and clean. There is a washer inside and you can hang your clothes to dry or let the concierge staff know and they will dry it for you and return it to your room. Bed is firm but comfortable after a LONG day of walking. Amenities: Instead of providing standard hotel fare amenities, they provide retinol and hylauronic acid and milk wash. No wonder Italians always seem to glow! The concierge staff is beyond wonderful and had the answer for everything. Don’t even try to come up with your own plans, just ask them. Super special shout out to Tomasso. Not only did he refer us to a great restaurant for dinner and another for breakfast, but then he got us a taxi to take us from the hotel to the car rental place. After we got there (80 Euros and 45 minutes later), they found a whole drawerful of clothes my husband had left behind. As we were contemplating if it was worth another 160 Euros and 1.5 hours to go back and get the clothes, Tomasso was hard at work, arranging shipping to our next hotel, calling them and notifying them that a shipment was coming for us and ensuring next day delivery. Honestly, the kindness and professionalism exhibited here was simply amazing!

The apartment was very spacious and the staff were very attentive! The downfall is there is no elevator and my husband injured his back trying to lift our suitcases up two flights of stairs.
