Las Rocas Resort And Spa

Went down for the night and had a great time. I felt safe and the service was great.

We love the room and our stay there but the weather was not really sunny.

The facility was dated the room was cold no heat dirty floors the view was the only thing that was nice I checked out 3 hrs after checking in and went home horrible place

Very unconfortable, the room smell like fresh paint and I request a diffetent room and the guy in charge during that morning try to cooperate and assign me another room, the was similar but alittle better, also not enougt pillows on the bed, matresses are very old need replacement, the i terior and exterior of thebuilding is old needed remodel, the water pipes made a very loud noise all night long, I called the desk personal and the guy told me was not him making the noise, rudently said was nothing he could do. I paid$98 dlls for a gaviota room that was poor in furniture and value. I was very dessapoint.I being trying complaining to the manager and he is never available.

Great views, but issues with heat, plumbing, lighting and cleanliness.

The hotel is in very poor condition. We found hair in the bed and the bathroom. the TV had only 2 channels. People at the bar without masks including the bartender. Boxes, empty bottles and can around the swimming and spa. I won't visit or recommend this venue.

Room 312 was very rundown looking. The bathroom was very old looking from the sink to the bath tub. The bathroom had no towels when we arrived to the room. The floors were not properly cleaned, footprints were very visible on the floor all the way to the bathroom. We always like staying at Las Rocas but this time we were not fortunate to have one of there nicer Spanish vintage rooms. The pillows were not very comfortable the closet had no hangers. I was not very impressed or satisfied with room 312.

Daily breakfast was very good, so was the food in the restaurant. Staff was very friendly. The location is nice & so us the hotel's landscaping. We will go back soon.

Best points: ocean view, close enough to hear the surf, comfortable mattress sheets etc. clean bathroom. Worst points: fireplace without wood or gas, furniture abused and worn out, Had to ask for toilet paper, toilet paper holder broken, serious gap between entrance door and frame, deadbolt loose, only two pillows on king size bed, no WiFi tv wouldn’t sync to iOS. Room was upgraded (?) to one I didn’t want. Two free margaritas (I don’t drink) instead of breakfast. Oh well.

I really injoyed our stay it was great
