Oasis Lanz Beach Mate

The apartment was in a great location with plenty of facilities. It was modern, very clean and spacious. The hotel itself is central for bars, restaurants and beaches. Whilst the resort was quieter then normal the food choices and bars where still great. Weather as always was hot and sunny. A great place to go.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were immaculate and can see they are taking covid cleaning seriously. Service was great too, staff were very friendly.

We booked a full kitchen with breakfast for a week-long break in Nov. 2020. On arrival we were told that the booking had been done in error by Expedia and that we couldn't have a full kitchen. Eventually we agreed to this. We had stayed in the hotel before and the room was fine. Breakfast was awful - poor selection, really poor quality of food, surly service. Even the coffee was undrinkable. I understand Covid restrictions are in place but the standard of what was on offer was very sub-standard. It was so bad we didn't return for breakfast (which we'd paid for, remember) after the first day. When I e-mailed Expedia about our experience I received a very aggressive and confrontational response from the hotel HQ, saying I had 'demanded' a room with a kitchen, when I had simply asked for what I had booked and paid for. The hotel chain refused to make any financial amends, though Expedia, to their credit, refunded £100 via voucher. I would not stay in this hotel again because of the very poor response to a legitimate complaint.

apartment, proximity to beach,bars, restaurants all excellent. being dropped off and picked up from a bus stop on the main road, then a fair walk over not very level pavements to reception - not good. Also at pick up, no benches or even a wall to sit on. Having been up since 0600,then slogging along to the hotel, feeling quite tired. Only one person on duty at reception, and she spent approx. 15 minutes on the telephone. We eventually headed off to our apartment at approx. 16.00hrs. - only to find it was not an apartment but a room. Back round to reception, who were very unhelpful.I had paperwork confirming apartment, full kitchen and free breakfast. They took no responsibility and blamed Expedia. Theydid eventually find us an apartment - but charged us 165 Euro. We contacted Expedia and asked them to liase with Oasis Lanz and agree who was going to give us back the money. Expedia eventually did pay us b ack - BUT all in all not a great start to our holiday.

5th time we’ve stayed here,the upgrades from the old 2 star have made this pound for pound the best deal in costa teguise

Lovely spacious light airy room Lovely staff Great buffet breakfast (had soya milk but no vegan margarine) Shower tray was overflowing but they dealt with it immediately (it was a lovely big shower)

Now fully renovated the property is overall extremely good. Prices unfortunately have risen as a result of this. Breakfast has plenty of choice and offers a good start to the day. All the staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. Only concern I have going forward is that they are promoting the property as a timeshare opportunity with touts approaching people, including ourselves, outside the entrance.

Oasis Lanz Beach mate is a great location so easy to get out and about. Even with the constructions work going on it did not affect our stay in anyway. The apartments are clean and really comfortable. 10/10

Really nice room, with big balcony ,drains a bit smelly .

The property has recently been refurbished and the rooms are stunning and beds very comfortable.
