Holiday Inn Manchester - City Centre

Very clean and lots of precautions taken over covid. Cater for vegans very well. If you ask for soya milk to go with the tea and coffee in your room, they provide you with it in a jug. Also they have vegan sausages with the breakfast.

Great stay, clean ,friendly and helpful staff, although restaurant and bar understaffed. Bedrooms clean and modern.

Ionela and jose were brilliant and ever so friendly. My stay was just pleasant and faultless. Great location, brilliant house keep also provided us with an iphone charger , hdmi and tape where required as forget these items. Very convenient.

They were very accommodating. I asked for late check and they said no problem. The room was very clean Hotel was conveniently located in Centre city. Would definitely stay there again

In general the hotel was nice with great bar and restaurant area and it had a terrace. We stayed for 3 days. At checked-in, we met the two reception staff right by the entrance door (basically inside) smoking with the doors wide open. In our room we got 1 towel, i found another in the wardrobe which i deeply regret using, it smelled Terrible! No Hygiene kits, with a note saying to pick up at the reception. Called to ask if i could pick up some, the person i first spoke to said they had none, called again and spoke to someone else and it turned out they had some. They only brought one kit. Called the next morning again and spoke to the person i had first spoken with and now again they had none. Told her i was given a pack last night after she had told me they had none and suddenly she admitted they had plenty, got tired of it all and said never mind i will just keep using toilet paper as cotton-wool on my face. Breakfast was a disaster, we missed our train to the airport and had to get an uber. Due to covid-19 restrictions at the hotel, the night before you book a time slot and tick what you want for breakfast. It took 30-35 min to get your hot breakfast and the restaurant wasn't busy, just me and my husband first morning. The other two mornings it was tops 3-4 busy tables. The last morning as we had a train to catch to the airport i called in advance and said we would appreciate if they could start preparing our breakfast, just like the other mornings it still took 30min.

Fantastic staff! Very friendly. All following the current rules and helping guests stick to them. Felt very safe. Will be staying again very soon.

Very nice stay overall, lovely room for the price and the service once we were there was excellent. Only downfall was trying to get in touch beforehand to ask a question about leaving luggage was impossible as no one was answering the phone, other than that I can’t fault it

Stay here often for business purposes, and service is excellent. In current climate all precautions in place and hotel very clean with plenty of sanitation stations.
