Great place. Quiet and peaceful but within walking distance of more lively areas.

Great location, very nice property, well maintained, very good buffet, love the smoothie bar,there’s very much room for improvement for the coffee.

Really top quality service and food. Kids friendly. Overall one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed. If I would like to find weak spots I would name pretty small rooms and hotel territory, but it has everything we needed.

Staff were fantastic and great with our 7 month old baby. The restaurant and bar area have views over the ocean that are simply breathtaking. Food was freshly prepared and cooked in front of customers at the buffet, which made it much more appealing. The clientele of the hotel seem to be much older - I’d say the average age is about 70! But there were some younger families, and it suited us perfectly as we were up early each day with the baby, and in bed by 10 every night!

One of the best hotels on Tenerife for relax holiday. Only pensioners stay there actually. Good choice of food. One cons: there are not free water in the room. We were forced to buy water in supermarket.

The staff are incredible they got out of there way to help in every department and all seem happy to work there. The hotel is immaculate. I don’t normally go on these half board resort holidays but I was so so impressed

The Hotel Riu Palace will not disappoint. This hotel was everything we could have asked for! Reception: A huge shout-out to the reception staff. Your wish is their command, and they will do everything in their power to help you out. - They helped reassure there would be gluten-free options (as I am celiac), - they ensured we would have someone to check us in at 3:30am (due to ridiculous flight delays). - My baggage was lost, and they called the airport 3x a day and The airline to see if it was on its way yet. - we “lost” an item (our own error), they found it so efficiently for us and delivered it so we didn’t have to go track it down - they had great recommendations for us and were always a SMILING face :) Food: Wow! The food was great. Being celiac it is always hard to find options, the buffet here was not shy. They had everything imaginable at breakfast and dinner. We ate out at the Krystal restaurant one evening, but to be honest we preferred the buffet. The staff at the buffet are awesome, always personable and really, truly want to meet your needs. Pool: 3 different pool areas - we spent all of our time at the adults-only infinity pool (quiet and relaxing with a great view of the ocean). We always could find a chair whether it was morning or afternoon after excursions when we showed up. Room: It is exactly as shown in the photos. Lots of amenities, cleaning staff was great and our walk-out terrace was an awesome touch!
