Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Midtown Manhattan/Penn Station

Overall stay was great just neighbors in the next room smoking weed which was taken care by the hotel staff as soon as they were informed. It’s convenient to Pen station and other things.

No early check in. Complimentary breakfast missed by minutes and no effort to accommodate.

Good place to stay but like all hotels in new york wall are thin and all noise can be heard. Would recommend they leave a room between guest. The wifi is very weak or non existing and room temperature is hard to control. Other that that really good stay.

Great hotel, great stay, will definitely recommend. The only improvement it need is the hot water takes a long time to heat up and the room temperature is hard to control, very slow to change. Like all new york hotel wall are very thin and you can hear the next door talking but not to bad at all. They should always leave an empty room in between guest if space availability permits it.

It was a family staycation very relaxing weekend

Whenever we came back to the hotel it always seemed like there where creepy looking people waiting for someone to scan their card at the front door and elevator and run in behind them. 2nd night someone was blasting music and screaming with their children in the room next to us and out in the hallway for an hour around midnight. We had to make multiple calls to the desk before someone came by and quickly mumbled be quiet to these lunatics in the hallway. At 2 in the morning the same person had an hour long screaming match, again in the room and hallway, with a man about tik tok and who's friends with who, and there was clear slapping and punching mixed with the screaming. What kind of place is this? Who goes to a hotel to behave like this? What kind of hotel attracts people people like that? Why do I need to be worried about the safety of my pregnant wife in the hallways of a major chain hotel with security and key card access control? All I'm saying is that if this is also a shelter, or a meth head hostel, you should tell the clearly pregnant paying customers outright, not let them guess for themselves. Am I paying you so I can be your security guard? I don't look for hotels based on their potential to provide me with opportunities to be my wife's bodyguard. The breakfast is not worth picking up.
