Ambivalent about this place. On face value it did not look as clean as a hotel room. It was bigger than a hotel room but it did not look to be very clean. It is also weird that they want you to take your rubbish with you at check out

My family and I had a great stay in this apartment in Barcelona. The apartment was very clean and easily accommodated our party of five. The location of the apartment was only a short walk from the Metro station. There are also restaurants and convenience stores near the apartment which makes it convenient to get a bite to eat. Our hostess Rocio was very friendly and helpful. She provided us with great and useful information which was very useful during our stay.

Very convenient location. Around 2 mins walking from metro station, around 4 mins from Carrefour supermarket, Abouot 25 mins walking from Espanya plaza and magic fountain. Bakeries, small fruit shops, and beer clubs, sandwich stores one by one on both side of the streets outside the apartment. No hassle checking process. Very friendly front desk checkin manager. Room is clean and neat, with reasonable size. The kitchen provides almost everything needed for cooking, except for oil, salt, cooking sauces, which you can easily get from nearby Carrefour market. Recommend!

The apartment was very large, clean and newly renovated. Check-in was easy. It is very close to the Collblanc metro station with a direct train to the Barcelona airport, and Badal metro station. Leave about 45-60 minutes to get to airport. The platform for the airport train is 7 levels below street level so it takes quite a while to go down all the esclalators. Dining options in the area are not great though. Good cafe across the street on the corner for breakfast available (coffee and croissant for 1,70 Euros). Close to Sants Estacio main train station--less than 1 km walk. Close to Camp Nou as well.
