Check in was quick and easy, the clerk was friendly and checked on me after I got to my room to make sure everything was ok. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very convenient and comfortable, Walgreens, Walmart, Denny's, dollar store near by, check-in clerks were very friendly and checked on us to be sure we were safely situated and that was a major reason I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Very clean! Adequate linens, great TV, and the front desk staff were pleasant, helpful, and well prepared for our arrival. Really made us feel welcome!

Stayed there 2 times actually: Night of Sept 24th on my way to Prescott, AZ and again the night of Sept 28th on my way back from there (I live in Parker, about 20 mi southeast of Denver) The 1st time was great per this review. The 2nd time not so much. Lots of young people drinking beer on 2nd floor (I was in room 110) lots of cars in and out of parking lot. They weren't rowdy but they were noisy (there's a difference) Thanks!

Would've been great except for shower and crickets
Honestly, the bed and sink were fine. The bathroom cleanliness was fine. The parts that made the stay unappealing and disappointing was the broken shower, holes in the bed sheet, the Wall next to the main door slightly caved in, wall under the sink damaged, and probably the worst part, and all the crickets we found in the room. A minimum of 7 crickets had to be squished and or shooed out of the room when we arrived. That's not even counting the ones that got away from us by scurrying into the sealing of the bathroom or the floor by the sink. The shower was also very busted. The water mostly came out if the faucet, not the shower head. Additionally the hole assembly wobbled in the Wall when we tried to turn the knob. The tile had been caved in previously and someone tried to fix it with new tile but didn't cut out a hole for the faucet allowing so much water to drain into the Wall. I was very afraid to use the shower and the doors for fear of being charged to fix them. I took photos when i arrived and sent them to myself to be time stamped just in case.

The manager called us to see if everything was ok! Amazing! The only thing I had an issue with was the pillow was very hard.

After checking in, the person at the counter called our room to see if everything met our expectations. There are no frills (microwave, fridge, coffee pot) in the room. Close to shopping and close to the freeway.
