Princesa Garden Island Resort and Spa

Great staff and food. It’s a bit run down in places and as there is building work in process some of the facilities were not up to standard. Nice quiet location. The evening film showing and kayak hire are brilliant.

The staff are more than willing to help with anything you need. I wish I knew that during low tide the water villa is more marsh, but I would still book it again. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Pros-Clean faculty , very polite staff, very accommodating. Cons- no beach , there are mangroves towards the seafront , there are kayak available , BUT you can not use them , as there is no beach access. If you want to swim in the water on a beach you can’t . Very disappointed .

Property looks deserted. Food is over priced and the quality does not justify the price. We were thinking of renting a villa which we didn't. However, when we went to see how the villa's look, we were thankful that we did not rent. Quality of the infrastructure is not that great. We saw saw people during breakfast and not at any other time. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there if you are paying resort prices as it does not have that feel.

Well did not like the overwater villas,tide out it looks tragic. Smells sour,but must admit they did accomodate to our needs. They put us in a swim up family room,which suited us way better than the villas.Staff very helpful. The place is quiet nice but it’s not a Borocay Shangri-La . But pool was great , service great and location not to far out of town.

Great service and amenities. We had a great stay here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves all around the resort.

The gym needs and an update. But otherwise very good, good bar, good breakfast comfortable clean rooms, good a/c, very friendly accommodating staff.

Just make it short rented villa nice stay but the A/C unit kept on kicking out also alot of stuff was wrong in the room random broken stuff jacuzzi didn't work properly . Other than this the stay was good and staff is willing to do anything to make you happy .

General setup was great, lots to do and occupy ourselves. The staff were generally very kind and helpful. The pool was great and huge, never too busy either. It seems only the main part of the pool has been loved. The side pools look dirty and need a revamp. Also unhappy with noise of construction.

I like that they have a room that have a direct access to the swimming pool. The staffs are nice and friendly.
