The hotel has all the necessary things to sleep well and shower. Rooms are very clean and with all the basic needs.

Excellent friendly and helpful service. Comfortable, recently modernised rooms that are reasonably priced. Situated close to Mahon harbour, city centre and not far from the bus station. Second time I have stayed here and would not hesitate to return.

I only stayed one night and had an early flight to catch, but it was a very cozy and interesting place, with a nice view of the harbor. The wifi was very weak in the room and almost impossible to use, and the TV was very basic, so I thought the price was a bit high for the services. However, I would like to stay again in the future because of the view and location.

My first time in Mahon and I was very happy with this location in the old town, good for the harbour (but you walk down to the harbour via steep steps or ramp). It is about 15 mins walk from the bus station. The hotel is newly opened and refurbished in a clean modern style. The bathrooms have not been totally refurbished but were perfectly ok. Although there is a lift from reception, there are stairs up to there and to some rooms, so bear this in mind if mobility is an issue for you. I stayed 2 nights and towels were changed; personally I don't feel is necessary to change towels every day.

The check in was easy and smooth. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was superbig and they change sheets every day. The only thing I didn't like is that we had to call to enter if it was later than 12am (even though they opened quite quick)

Our room was quite old fashioned but was very clean and had a separate bedroom for the kids. Staff were helpful. Perfect base for spending a few days in Mahon

Centrally located in Mahon, only ten minutes walk from bus station with good connections to rest of Menorca. Reasonably sized bedroom, acceptable bathroom, pleasant lighting due to east facing aspect of my room on third floor (this was just a matter of luck as other rooms of same type face internal courtyards and do not get much natural light), accurate daily cleaning, nice common spaces (sofas and coffee tables on landings), good breakfast room and hearty varied breakfast

Nos encantó este hostal! Que de Hostal considero que solo tiene el nombre, porque son habitaciones privadas tal cual un hotel, servicio de desayuno (si lo pagas claro), tiene una decoración muy linda y moderna, es extremadamente limpio, el personal es muy amable y lo mejor es que está en pleno centro de Mahón. Sin duda repetiríamos. Un punto a mejorar, sugeriría mejorar el servicio de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, porque con el calor y humedad que hace en Menorca se agradecería una habitación más fría . Sin embargo, no fue algo grave, se puede estar tranquilamente dentro.
