Villa Paraiso

Great view & large room. The restaurant & bar was not open. This was very inconvenient since we didn't have a vehicle. This was a slightly remote area with no taxi or Uber available. Had we known the restarant & bar were closed we would have rented elsewhere.

Great experience

When we booked this hotel it was based on recommendation from a friend from a few years ago. We decided to upgrade our reservation but after two weeks we were informed that the upgraded price was significantly more than the published price. We cancelled and booked elsewhere. While in La Vantena we visited this place. It looked abandoned. There was no staff, the pools were disgustingly dirty. There appeared to be a ongoing addition. This property should be taken down

The fact of the matter is this property is under construction!!!!!!! NO WI-FI SIGNAL IN THE ROOM. NO RESTAURANT, OR EVEN COFFEE FOR BREAKFAST.

This property gave me a feeling of being in Greece somewhere on Santorini island , amazing views, the bed was comfortable , gives you a feeling of complete getaway! It was almost empty , so restaurants on site were closed, which isn’t a problem, we have our favorite spots in La Ventana anyway

Restaurant is not currently operational. “Hot tub” was not heated. Kitchenette consisted of a mini-fridge and toaster. No soap, shampoo, etc. The view is amazing and staff are friendly though. And there are two sweet cats. 😺

I booked a double room, but only a single was available. They offered to put a sofa-bed in the room or get my money back and find something else. We decided to stay even if disappointed because we booked a double. The girl at the reception was kind but not much to do. Many renovations were ongoing so all amenities were not available. The room was nice, even if it was not a double. During the night there was quite some noise coming from the road where I guess people were raising their quads. Nothing the hotel could do I guess

The property is in extreme disrepair with parts of the hotel under construction (never disclosed to us) There was no restaurant or even a place to buy food or drink. We asked for snorkel masks and fins and they had none. We were late to meet friends for dinner and tried to take quick showers only to find the water shut off. I was angry and wanted to speak to the manager but he would not come out to speak to me. Even when the water was on there was never enough hot water to take showers. We spent most of our time next door at Palapas Ventana where we will be staying next time. This hotel should be taken off Expedia until they completely renovate the property and get new management. It has beautiful views and could be a nice property at some point.

I enjoyed the beautiful views from our balcony. The staff were very kind and friendly.
