Very good location. Specially when traveling with ladies as it is right next to female entrance of mosque.

The location was superb. The room a little bit small. Breakfast was great but for staying 9 nights there we are always keep switching the floor to have breakfast. It's so confusing.

Near gate 25/26 of Prophet Mosque which is the ladies gate, so very convenient families. Rooms are small but then this hotel is usually booked by those who are visiting the mosque, so don’t think that this will bother many. Hotel room was clean and probably newly refurbished. Lots of shops around for shopping and eating. Good value for money!

The only good thing about this hotel is its closeness to the prophet mosque. It is otherwise very disappointing, the room is very small, the bathroom is very small, you can't make wodoe in the sink in the bathroom, the water runs out of the shower area when you shower making the floor very watery, the service is very poor, no towels, no cleaning of the room with out begging, the beds are very uncomfortable, the breakfast is not good. The hotel is very expensive given the poor conditions. I don't recommend it at all. No money value at all

Too small. It’s a very smll room and barely two person can move and two bed place. So small we had no where to put our luggage. Windows view no point of taking as the windows is pretty much covered. Employees were rude the Arabic once.

The location of the hotel was brilliant, but it is an old hotel, rooms are small and clean and the beds and bedding was just average.

I like the property because I have stayed there during my last 3 visits. I had one issue this time, wash basins are not suitable at all for making wudo (abolution).

Nice hotel close to prophet mosque but small lift. One time I waited 10 to catch the lift it was crowded

Very convenient but rooms are tiny. Overall not bad.
