At Home Inn & Suites

I booked 2 rooms for our 2night stay. One of the rooms the tv didn't work. I was upset at first but it turned out to be perfect because we got to bond without distraction.

The hotel clerks were very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was very comfortable. I like the fact they had a nice size freezer/fridge. No room phone, though.

The area is a little unpredictable after dark . Housekeeping came knocking 3 times before check out to ask if I was checking out. Had to pay deposit even after paying online with a card. But the room was cleaner then I was expecting.

My room was in the front of the hotel. One night I could hear people outside yelling and probably drunk. The room was clean and the air fresheners in the room were nice. The staff was wonderful.

Front desk staff very friendly!! Drainage issues had to wade through water to get to our room. Room was very clean but needed updating. Mattresses were nice!

First the good. Front desk staff was nice. The sheets and towels were clean, and the room didn't smell. The not so good. Floor was quite dirty. Hotel was very loud with lots of people and loud music. Catered to a transient worker crowd and maybe other local workers. Broken glass and trash outside.

I was misinformed about the availability of king rooms so that I was forced to pay for a queen suite which was 15 dollars a night more expensive for the first two nights, 20 dollars more for the third night, then back to 15 for the fourth night. Come to find out the room next to me was a king and empty the whole time. I would caution anyone that is looking to stay here that the staff is deceitful and the manager never even attempted to resolve the over charge or misinformation.

Services was great. Housekeepers and front desk people were super nice. The hotel room it self was clean and bug free. The only negative thing was the room needed a little maintenance, but nothing too terribly bad.
