check in in a different place (around the corner). Rooms are located in 4th floor. Very old and unstable stairs. No elevator (get ready to walk 4 floors with your luggage). Very small place, very basic and poor shower

Location good for central bars, clubs and restaurants and shopping/metro at puerta sol. 4 flights of uneven stairs make these rooms (its not really a hotel or hostal, that is the twinned marasca round the corner where you need to collect keys) unsuitable for anyone infirm or inactive and a pain for anyone returning after a long day or dropping shopping in quickly. Its not very modern or particularly comfortable, bed and bathroom tiny, linen and towels tiny and old. Its cheap and passable. Don't expect any more. check in staff courteous and mostly helpful.

The entrance of property was dirty, the room smelled and noisy during the Great location that was the only thing it was excellent.

The hotel is fair, rooms are big and clean, bathroom is small but clean. The best about the hotel is the location, close to everything, restaurants, bars, tourist attractions. Location, location, location, this hotel has it.

Great location, a 5 minute walk from Puerta del Sol. Check-in is at a different address just around the corner, but you just need to come to the address on the booking and once you call they'll give you directions. The only negative points are that the hotel is on the 4th floor and there's no lift, and check-in is on a 2nd floor (there is a lift, but when we stayed it was out of order). But the location is great, in the middle of a very lively area - yet the room itself was very quiet on a Saturday night. So, if you are ok with the stairs, this hotel is well worth considering.

Esta en un cuarto piso con unas escaleras de madera desgastadas que resbalan y el baño es pequeñísimo y la ducha con las cortinas de plástico que te persigne a ducharte. La habitación esta bien, las camas bien y limpieza bien. El sitio muy céntrico, genial. Calidad precio bueno

Excelente trato de los conserges y muy buena la ubicación de acuerdo a nuestro interes de viaje.
