This is a exceptional place to stay in Verona. A highlight is the amazing breakfasts that are prepared each morning. Staff went out of their way to help us in every respect. Location is excellent.

Room very clean and very friendly staff. Will definitely stay there when in Verona

First the positive. Stayed in the blue suite and it was probably the most impressive bedroom I've ever been in. Huge room, beautiful location and views from the four giant windows, newly renovated but history and frescoes right out the windows. You do NOT have a view of the bridge, you are facing the courtyard that leads to the bridge. Some night time noise from there. The fantastic bedroom makes me glad I stayed. However, must give fellow travelers the negatives as well. The staff at the front desk were friendly enough and adequate, but not that attentive. They weren't very well informed on getting to Lake Garda which is very close by train. The entrance door to the 2 flights of stairs (after the elevator) leading to the suite requires the key to enter AND to exit and that's just a safety hazard in case of fire, etc. The suite is huge and interesting, but has a few additional steps inside. The top step into the bedroom was warped to the extent you couldn't step on it, and I should have been warned about that. That board should have been removed and replaced asap. The breakfast was just ok. So I'm glad I stayed but disappointed in the items above. The bedroom of the suite is BETTER than the pictures. The location is wonderful. The staff did direct me to two very fine restaurants, one right next door. Loved Verona.

Great little Boutique Hotel, not many rooms but spacious and they service a great breakfast, right in the centre of Verona, repeat visit, would also go back again if we are visiting Verona

For location the property really cannot be beaten. Clean and easy access. Basic but prefect for what it offers. Great owner, very friendly and helpful. Free parking 10 mins walk away. Loved Verona, will go again.

Great location at the 'top" of the old city, welcoming hosts and very helpful. Great breakfast with Michaela. Fully recommended

Service and location were great. Only negative was the bed was somewhat uncomfortable.
