City Suites Tijuana Río

We booked a week for a getaway. Hotel was nice and they took all the precautions because of the virus. The room was nice and roomy, love the kitchenette. The room was clean but we noticed dust on the walls and curtains, could be from all the construction close by. The bed was a little on the hard side but manageable. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Heres what i LOVE Its perfectly located zona rio with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. On site parking for FREE, which is important when visiting tijuana. Free breakfast in the morning which is great, and little kitchens came fully equipped with firm beds. The only thing i did not like was that my family and i came from far and we got there early, we were low on sleep and they would not let us check in until 3pm exact and not a moment sooner, we were sleeping in their lobby and everything like homeless people lol

We booked this hotel for 3 nights, the reception staff were friendly, the hotel was very clean. Unfortunately, we did not realize that they had cleaning service in the room every day. We left our backup cash in our luggage, and the cleaning staff took our money. I need to be more careful next time.

Room exceeded my expectations. It was extremely spacious and everything was impecable. Breakfast was a plus- so good!!! It’s also great that it’s so close to the border.

Excellent experience in Tijuana especially due to staying at City View. Was able to cook some meals instead of going out due to their fully functioning kitchen. Very clean and comfortable and excellent customer service, especially Bianca, our chambermaid. Also some excellent restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again when coming back to Tijuana.

I liked he cleaniness of the building it self, I didn't like the parking area stall to close my car got hit on the side the smell of dampness to strong in the parking area

The people were nice. They were also helpful. The staff was responsive.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, el personal atento.

I purchased 2 rooms for 2 night stay. The rooms are very large with a large refrigerator, microwave, full size coffee maker and two burner stove. Dishes, cookware & Utensils are provided. A/C worked really well. Hotel is very clean. The free breakfast is not so great but its something. I recommend this hotel especially if you are staying multiple nights as the amenities in room are great. They need to work on their customer service. Somewhat friendly but good hotels go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

Good service and location, but our room was not clean at all. Hair all over the walls in the shower and on the sheets. We requested another room, which was better, but still not clean. Dirty floor, leftover drinks in the fridge, roaches on the kitchen counter. We won’t stay here again.
