Reception was very good, rooms were clean and comfortable, very much like famous sweedish furniture store. Food was average and more or less the same every day apart from the run up to christmas and crhistmas day which the choice got even less and you had to que to be served , bit like school dinners but not as good. Hotel is good for young familys but never a five star

Had an excellent time at the resort, we are coming back in December for another week.

Steps are very steep in all areas. No coffee making facilities in room although this was advised. Due to Covid 19 no entertainment hor children after 6pm. Kids disco was at 6pm in the swimming pool which was 1.4 metres deep and most children could not stand up in it!! Shows were fully booked due to limited access which was very disappointing. It would have been better to have no shows on instead of having a few happy children and a lot of disappointed children who missed the show! The

It was ok. I have a 2 year old and there was not a play ground for her so I think that is missin. The food was ok but not great. My older kids could it ikea food. We goot raw chicken at the stake hous and the staff did not care. The pool area is verry nice and the gym is good.The staff should speak better english.

Failed in all aspects I recommend to avoid No service

Lovely resort, very family orientated. If travelling without kids would recommend the swim up rooms as are adult only and away from the livlier spots and close to adults only infinity pool and bar.

Very clean, good size rooms, most staff friendly and helpful. Could do with more lighting at night in certain area's. Dinner food not the best. The steak we had at the steak/grill was inedible: far too salty, full of sinew, I complained to the food and beverage manager. He was understanding and helpful. He arranged for us to do again (note that you are only allowed to visit the a la carte restaurants 3 times, if you stay for a week. the 2nd visit was much better but still not great: approx 30% of the steak had sinew in it. Asian restaurant was ok to good, not very good.The buffet was ok, plenty of choice but only seemed to replace the food when tray was empty, hence some dishes were dry and overdone. Drinks were all local, ok but not the best.
