Apart from master bedroom suite, rest of the villa is in need of renovation and redecoration.
No welcome pack on arrival, nor any waste bins throughout the property (bins subsequently provided later).. No owners manual, so we could refer as necessary. Example - only halfway through our holiday did we discover how to turn on gas supply so we could not use the gas rings for cooking. A/C system noisy, and two units leaked water over beds whilst children asleep, which had to be repaired mid-way through or holiday. Decoration of property (apart from Master Suite) poor, paintwork in mid-level kitchen/dining room/bedrooms appalling. Outside paintwork/rendering blistering and peeling. Swimming pool surround heavily stained and discoloured. Furniture, particularly dining chairs in poor state and should be replaced. Some dining chairs removed mid-way through holiday but not replaced, meaning not all guests could be accommodated at any one time. Apart from Master Suite, property certainly not to the standard expected for the amount paid for our stay. Alan Field.

Fantastic Villa with first calss views. Very well equiped for large groups and accomodates all ages
we were a family fo 12 with a varied age range from 19 moths , small children, teenagers younger adults and mums and dads. Every one loved the villa. the photos dont do it justice, its even nicer when ypu get there. Fab views . A car is a must as the hill is very steep. Highly recommended. Thje owner Angelo is extremely helpful and responsive. Welcome pack was a god send as we arrived late in the evening. Would love to be there right now. Plent tp do in Phapos and Coral Bay . Latchi and Polis also very pretty. Great day at thw water park , its a bit pricey though.

60 års firande
Vi hade en jättebra vecka, vi var 10 vuxna och 5 barn och barnen var överlyckliga att kunna bada när som helst. Gick bra att göra middagar där och firandet av 60års kalaset blev väldigt lyckat. Hade bra kontakt med Angelo, fick snabbt svar på mina frågor inför resan dit. Men det behövs att man hyr bil, backigt att gå och lite långt att gå. Men annars tycker jag det är värt pengarna att hyra villan. Kan tänka mig att komma tillbaka. /Anette
