Very clean, amazing people
Stayed here about 4 years ago when it first opened. Not sure how much is impacted by Covid but room was stripped down to bare minimum, no tissues or toiletries in bathroom except bar of hand soap. Room was clean and beds were comfy but so high we couldn't reach them, had to borrow a stool from front desk for the night in order to get in and out. Hallways carpets were stained and walls were dingy. Price was very reasonable. ***NONE of the side/back entrances had disabled parking spots or walk up ramps
It is primarily used for long term tenants, it was noisey, children crying, dogs barking. All kinds of strong cooking smells. The bed was the equivalent to a pull out bed which is not conducive for comfort if you plan on staying more than one night. No room service (i was there 4 days). The lights turn off automatically if you don’t move. Not recommended for a short time visitor
The room was spacious and clean. However, the room had a weird odor (? Cleaning agents) for a few hours. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are so flat two are required to achieve the height of one. There is no coffee pot. There are two forks, spoons, and butter knives. There is one frying pan and one small sauce pan. The countertop cooking area works well. There are stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher but no cleaning liquid or tablets. You can deposit soiled linens in a container on the first floor and get fresh whenever you like. The whole property is kept meticulously clean. The only thing i think should be a focus for this property is how their front desk staff interact with customers. They have a flat affect and act it is an inconvenience to answer questions.
That second time we stay there not a problem just wanna make sure you know how to get off if you take a bus
I had to reclean the bathroom and this the 2nd time I stayed there and had to clean something. It was hair in the tub and sink. That was disgusting. Thank god i bring my own cleaning supplies to clean. They need to do better with cleaning the bathrooms
Very clean decent and modern room. Shockingly there was no coffee maker in the room
I was disappointed that one of my burner was not working so I was unable to prepare my food. The bathroom seat was unstable (shifted to the left side) Fridge and stove handles were not clean especially with the COVID being around.
Despite being clean there was a roach in one of the Kitchenette drawers. Communication was lacking in that we did not know there was a $50. pet fee till we arrived. Otherwise it was comfortable and cost effective.
Firstly, we were surprised by an extra charge for just having dogs. Nothing prepared us for the fact that having pets essentially means doubling the cost of the hotel. Had a horrible sleepless night because of people constantly coming and going in the hallway and making noise. The air unit, though it was "off", kept turning on intermittently, blasting cold air (which on a 25-degree night in winter, sucks). When retrieving a cart from the lobby to carry our luggage, we noticed the front desk attendant not wearing a mask (mid pandemic). No iron in the room. So we were unable to iron our clothes. Though, this last point might be on us for just expecting it, and not checking the amenities for it. Also, the grass around the property was covered in dog poop, which I understand that is not fully up to the hotel, and it is just irresponsible people leaving it all behind. However it would be nice if the hotel had some kind of cleaning up effort. No tissues. The linens are garbage. My wife and I were only provided two towels and a washcloth. Which since it was pouring rain when we arrived, and we had to use one of them to dry off. Overall, very disappointing. Never ever going back.
