Mansion Azul Cholula

This is a cute little hotel with an excellent location. The manager and all the other people go far and beyond their duties to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are clean. The view from the rooftop is topnotch for pictures of the churches. There is a small restaurant on-site with decent food that won't make you sick.It has an elevator and in 2020 this hotel was only 1.5 years old.

We had a great stay! Jorge was amazing, helping us with parking and everything we needed in the hotel. It’s new and clean. The restaurant cooks yummy and affordable breakfasts, so convenient! You can walk to everywhere you need to in the city from the hotel.

When we arrived, there was absolutely no place to park so we drove around for 1/2 hour before a cop demanded a bribe by making us go into a shoe store and pay her cash while the clerk was in the back looking for shoes. In the hotel, there was no lobby except for an empty restaurant and a room with an unplugged microwave , a bicycle leaning against the couch and the personal belongings of the employees in all the chairs. Always a long line at the cramped desk. Parking was provided in an unmarked garage several blocks away, but access in and out was so difficult that we just used an Uber and walked. Charming rooms. Nice balcony view upstairs.

Everything was great about the property, the staff was amazing, especially Saul Lopez BUT we found cockroaches in the room. Killed one and took it to the receptionist but the management never contacted us nor apologized. The breakfast time is way too late, we're early risers and they don't serve breakfast until 10. Other than that, the hotel is in excellent location!

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Staff are awesome and parking is easy and safe. Rooms are clean and pretty, showers are incredible. Why three stars? Pillows are like rocks, bedding is too small for the beds, and the beds are like sleeping (or not sleeping) on the rack. If they can do some work on the beds, I would come back, but no-one in my family got much sleep while we were there.

The reception desk is very hidden and it is difficult to identify.

Very pretty, close to stores and town square. They wanted a deposit to use tv and air conditioning remote.

The hotel is in a very Good location, close to everything, the zocalo is around the corner.

Perfectly located small hotel a block away from the Zócalo-town square. The size of the room was adequate and the shower and towels were fine. Roomy shower with plenty of hot water. Cons: hard bed and pillows which may not be an issue if you stay for a night or two but by the fourth night, my back started hurting. Even worse, no internet connection in the room.

Great location, location ！ Reception staffs try their best to be helpful, Housekeeping somehow not too eager to help with the clogged toilet.
