Close to airport. Friendly staff but a lot of the front desk staff not adequately trained. Great front desk manager though.

The reviews and description does not give this hotel enough justice. The front desk staff was amazing. Especially their tour organized helped us pick a private beach tour which was amazing. Also, Lio beach is out of this world. It’s the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of life. We will definitely go back again.

Property was great, but the front desk service could have been better. They also don’t have money exchange services like other 4-5 star hotels in the Philippines.

Disappointing.

Location is excellent with great beach and pool. Everything very well maintained. The breakfast was good selection however service for breakfast could have been better, it is par for most south Asian areas. The room spacious, comfortable, clean, and even have staff that brings around after dinner cookies to your room special every night. Stay was beginning of December so perhaps slow season because the property was not very busy and always plenty of room in the adjoining beach areas. The tours were great also. Overall everything was great!

Their staff and resort should be the standard of hospitality. Seda simply refuses to let you do any work or worry about anything. I mean every single person there was delightful, helpful and informed. The training programs are effective! Best resort experience I've had PERIOD! Oh, did i mention the resort is amazing, walking distance to Lio, 20 minutes away from surfing and you have your own private beach. Live entertainment-great pools, fabulous gym and spa. Sprawling resort that lights up at night in such a way that it doesn't compete with the stars above! Do yourself a favor, your family, your fiance or anyone that you care about and STAY HERE!

The whole property is amazing. Great luxury without sacrificing their commitment to the environment. It truly is beautiful here.

This is our new favorite hotel. The airport is located on the property, less the 2 mins away. We stayed in the deluxe king room forest view suite. The room was spacious, and super clean. The property has security cameras and staff everywhere to make sure guest are are happy and safe. Great place to relax and get away. We enjoyed the massive pools more the beach, and the massage spa facility was amazing! We didn’t realize the hotel offered tours A, B, C and D for island hopping, as we booked our tours through Klook before arriving. The hotel shuttle offers a free shuttle service into El Nido, but you may need to wait awhile. We paid 300 PHP for a trike. The front desk will request a trike and have one on property within a few minutes. All our meals where at the Lio estates. We found no reasons to travel off the property, other than the tours. We will definitely be a returning guest.

The nicest smelling sheets I have every had. The staff is very nice. Especially Elyza and really everyone. The food is the best thing on the island. The rooms and beds are comfortable and well maintained. The location is gorgeous and peaceful and quiet. The spa massage was excellent.
