Lagùn Hotel

Liked the pool it has a nice view. Didn’t like the bathroom as the shower clogs the bathroom side and leaves a smell after. Room is ok just had issues with the bathroom.

We enjoyed staying at the Lagun hotel and it was excellent value compared to a lot of the other hotels. We organised transfers with them, they were quick to reply to any of our questions prior to our arrival. The pool area was excellent and loved going in the pool. Breakfast was excellent and were the staff at breakfast. Rooms were spacious, stylish and comfortable. Sometimes we had to ask for our room to be cleaned at 5pm or thereafter even which was a surprise! Mainly we were worried as we wanted clean towels or toilet rolls. This was then actioned on our request. Their is a bar at the pool but it always opened late in the day around 3pm which is when the sun had gone behind the rocks so a lot of people left the pool area at that time it would be better if it opened earlier. Drinks were available earlier but you had to go down to reception to get them. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is easy to walk into town from there

Pool was unique. Breakfast every morning was great - I was impressed with the variety! Some staff were friendly, others not so much. Rooms were spacious but not very clean - our bathroom had lots of mould. Provided towels had lumps of hair so I question the cleanliness. Decent location to everything.

Front desk check in started off on a bad note. Location was not back, a short walk from city center...

this was hands down the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff couldn’t have been more rude and nosy. I checked my debit card at the end of the stay and they charged my card and extra 500 dollars without authorizing it because we had friends come visit us. At the end of our stay they charged my boyfriends card 2000 US DOLLARS WITHOUT AUTHORIZING IT. Our rooms were not cleaned once the entire stay. I had clothing stolen out of my room. And overall horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Very comfortable place, good location excellent service

I hated the bathroom layout, the shower room was not draining properly with no hot water, and was not clean. I was very disappointed because of it.

Staff were friendly and welcomed us with a shell-like necklace, cookies, and drinks! All questions were answered in a timely manner via Expedia messaging. All requests (rollaway bed and adding extra guests) were carried out too. Transportstion was arranged with no issues. Breakfast was great too! Location is in close proximity to the beach and town (less than 10 minutes walking distance). Will definitely come back again! Thank you!
