Solitaire Club Sky Bangkok

This was one of our favorite hotels by far. From the moment you step into the lobby you are greeted by the kindest staff. We stayed in the Sky Club and it was absolutely fabulous and luxurious. The always helpful guys at the Consciers desk are amazing and so kind. We loved Kim and Faye in the Sky Lounge! The view from our room was spectacular! Are the bathrooms a little narrow? Yes, but so what!!! The hotel is a short walk from the Nana station. You can also walk to Terminal 21. Soi 11 has a ton of fabulous places to eat! We will definitely be back!!!

A good stay of high quality. Brand new like which is good. The service however was not excellent. Check in very slow which was disappointing plus at 830am the doorbell rang asking for laundry . Maybe ask if we even want this at checkin and if we do we can call the desk better than being woken up each morning. So I think designed for a business traveller going to work . So I think ask what your guest is doing . Anyway breakfast was excellent and the gym and pool are excellent. Stay yes maybe depending on rate value at the time.

Vacation of 5 days allowed time to see major tourist attractions and to shop in Bangkok.

We were surprised that we booked a room through Club Sky and only realized after going to the front desk that there was a separate reception for members. That made quite the first impression, not to mention the modern looking lobby. When we were taken to the 17th floor to check in we were seated in a comfortable lounge area and served with a beverage of our choice. The room itself was spacious, comfortable and ultra modern. The view was great from the 16th floor. The food was terrific and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the location is a bit of a walk from the BTS line, found it wasn't as chaotic. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have been there longer.
