Ysuri Sayulita - Beachfront Hotel

We loved staying in Ysuri hotel in Sayulita. Very pleasant and kind staff. Rodrigo was always ready to go above and beyond ensuring our stay is amazing. We are beyond grateful for him arranging our ride in golf cart to bus station. We will be back for sure. A few recommendations for other fellow travelers. While in US- download application WhatsApp. Phone Service in Sayulita sucks, if you need getting hold of hotel personnel they use the app. All you need is mediocre data or WiFi. Arranging airport pickup can be made by hotel. It will cost you $72. It’s expensive, but Taxi will be $100. Uber is much less about $30 and bus is $2.50 (26 pesos per person). Airport exchange rate is 15 - 16 pesos per $1, our driver took us to bank which is 1/2 mile from airport - rate there was 19 pesos for $1. Town has plenty of ATM’s which are out of service most of the time. If that happens as you are entering town there is a hospital which has bank and always working ATM on premises. It’s a bit of walk from center of town, but it’s safe. If you are foodies- our best experiences were with El Pastor taco place on the corner of city center square. Their Pastor tacos are 15 pesos each, you will always crave them after you try it. Next -Burrito Revolution - amazing burritos!!! If you love Tamales look for lady on the corner of the city town square. She sets up her table there a few nights per week. Her chicken tamales are incredible it’s about 20 pesos. Car rental is not needed. Enjoy!

The Ysuri Hotel is a spectacular beach front resort nestled at the south end of Sayulita. With its great views and jacuzzis on the balconies it makes it a romantic or just zen getaway yards away from the Hoppin city center. From the moment we were greeted by Gustavo, we knew we had come to the right place. He gave us the lay of the land and the password to our huge room overlooking the ocean. Across the road, surfing, whale watching, boogie boarding, fishing, snorkeling trips etc. At our infinity pool, the best guacamole on the planet made by Mary. No need for a car. Antonio, will provide your with a golf cart for a fee. Much easier than a car on the cobblestone streets. Best Hotel experience in a long time. Loved it.

This was the best property EVER!! Clean, beautiful, amazing staff, convenient to everything, safe and secure. Our room was beyond words PERFECT!!! The view and room balcony was breathtaking. We are already planning a trip back. Thank you!!! Love this place and will only stay here from now on. Phenomenal vacation six days and five nights here. ❤️ Hotel Ysuri and the staff ROCK!!! Sooo friendly, professional and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for more. And you can rent golf carts on site. Front desk was super helpful and took care of everything for us. Thanks, again.

Amazing hospitality from all the staff, Rodrigo, Gustavo and Mary. Amazing views and great access to beach, restaurants and town. Don’t miss the chance to stay here. Beds ultra comfy and lots of hot water. I could have lived here forever. Also free parking which is hard to find in Sayulita. Quiet, peaceful and clean.
