Aqua Safari Resort

I didn’t see value for money for what I paid for. Comfort is very bad, room service not attended to properly and poor reception of some staff.

Too much bugs in the room, I requested a second towel over 5 times and I still didn’t receive it. Very disappointing

Outside decorum AMAZING, sports features, food, front desk staff, Very Good;, however, room Superior Standard small and Unimpressive. The furniture could use some rennovation and if you like firm mattresses will certainly get that!. The room was clean but things could have been more tidy. One complaint, it was said that the events for jet skiing would start at 8 a.m. and in reality it started about 9 an hour later. Overall, stay was pleasant and would return again, but would not book anything other than a Suite, with hopes of a better quality room!

Decent resort for a night or 2; you have to make the most out of it yourself really as amenities are very limited - very small pool, man-made lake front is really small area, no sauna/steam-room/jacuzzi/hot-tub only 2 or 3 types of massage offered in spa. Surprised it's called a spa considering no basic spa amenities. However, there are activities to get through the day - horse riding, cantu/boat rides, jet sking, etc at various costs. I personally rented a local motored canoe boat to Treasure Island & then to Crocodile Island,, it was brilliant but at own risk!- NOTE: NOT ALLOWED BY AQUA SAFARI RESORT!!! Now the staff: On arrival, I was told I had a standard room when I had booked & paid for a superior standard. The male receptionist tried to argue with me despite showing him my booking confirmation email! That was terrible! Then after it was confirmed as per my confirmation, he still tried to get me to sign a standard bedroom reservation form - UNBELIEVABLE! Thank God that all the staff were not like him because there was Margaret Mensah - AMAZING! And also Prosper - GENTLE, POLITE & WARM! And customer-relations Pearl - courteous & lovely! Thanks guys! The rooms: I had an upgrade, 1 night in superior standard & another in deluxe - very lovely rooms (but noted that not all the rooms are the same - even though the same bracket e.g. there's variations in the superior standard rooms, as in the deluxe, etc. Meet people - I met a lovely family! Overall quite good!

Quiet mid week get away. The resort looks better in person than the pictures online. Good service and food. Relaxing

It was a night to remember. We had a lovely time. There was live music in the evening as well. More importantly the food was superb.

The atmosphere was very serene and the room was very spacious and neat.

My first time ever at the resort is golden. It has left a lot sweet memories I’m gonna treasure forever. Excellent customer service and hospitality at its best per my experience at Aqua Safari Resort. I will definitely revisit soonest.
